Scolio-Pilates is a specialized exercise program designed for scoliosis management. It helps individuals to take control of their condition, either at home or with the help of a professional. The program focuses on elongating the spine towards a neutral position, using corrective breathing techniques to open up constricted areas of the ribs and lungs, and employing wedges to correct spinal rotation. Additionally, the program emphasizes strengthening exercises to maintain alignment and improve overall functionality in various activities.
