Once your payment has been verified, you will receive an email or message from us with the available schedules and times. We aim to accommodate your schedule as much as possible, so make sure that you respond as soon as possible with your preferred dates and times from the provided options.

Our session packages are valid for a designated period. It's your responsibility to use your sessions within this time. Upon purchase, clients have 3 days to fill out the payment verification form. If not submitted within this period, the validity period starts automatically. Extensions may be granted under special circumstances but are subject to approval.
